Abigail “Gail” Planta (she/her, any pronouns) is a mixed media artist based in Maryland, USA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2023, majoring in studio art and double-minoring in film studies and art history. She works primarily in 2D media, namely graphic design and photography. She is drawn to organized compositions and themes of surrealism. In 2023, Planta earned an award for Outstanding Work by a Third Year Student. Her works have been featured in physical and virtual exhibitions.
